Providence Place Therapeutic Rehabilitation

Our Rehabilitation Team consists of Physiotherapists, an Occupational Therapist, and several trained Assistants. The Rehabilitation Department features a therapeutic pool with an Aquafit Program, spacious and well-equipped gymnasium and treatment areas, an ADL (Activities of Daily Living) suite, woodworking shop and an outdoor area for training in managing environmental barriers.

The Team provides service to clients on the Geriatric Assessment and Rehabilitation Unit and the Maguire Centre Medical Program, as well as to residents in Long Term Care. In addition, the Team shares its expertise and fine facility with the community through Outreach Programming. A physician referral is required for access to these services.
