Providence Place Resident Info / Scheduling

Along with the duties as the Director of Resident Information and scheduling of all resident care staff, our Director also serves as the Privacy Officer for Providence Place. As the Privacy Officer, it is her role to make sure staff are aware of the privacy policies in Providence Place as well as those legislated by Government.
Did you know?
- Everyone hired to work at Providence Place (in any capacity) signs a Confidentiality Pledge vowing to ensure confidentiality of all information regarding residents/clients of Providence Place.
- Information can only be shared with other health care workers on a "Need to Know" basis and should be shared at a minimum.
- No discussions about resident/client issues should take place in public areas including cafeterias, elevators and public hallways.
