Providence Place Food Services

Providence Place The Providence Place Food Services Department follows a six week cycle menu which is used to provide meals and nourishments for our clientele according to Canada's Food Guide, with consideration given to each resident and their diet, also being mindful of foods they do not enjoy.

The Food Service Department also provides catering services to various committees and groups, along with family celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries at a minimal cost.

A cafeteria is provided for residents, staff, as well as outside guests. The menu offers a variety from sandwiches and salads to hot menu entrees.

Hours of operation are as follows:
  • 8:10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Coffee Breaks
  • 11:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. - Lunches
  • 2:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. - Coffee Breaks
  • 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. - Suppers
